We aim to dispatch and deliver your orders at the earliest possible. However, actual delivery time may vary based on your location and other factors.

Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges

For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping charge may apply. This charge (if any) will be clearly shown at the time of checkout, before you make your payment.
No hidden fees or surprise charges — everything is upfront and transparent.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you:
- A tracking number
- Courier partner details
- A direct link to track your shipment online

5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the product may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply and must be paid before reshipping the product.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- National holidays
- Strikes or unforeseen courier issues
We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any delay, but Zesta Fashion is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or force majeure events.
7. Change of Shipping Address
To request a change in shipping address after placing an order:

- Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure you provide complete and accurate delivery information. If the order returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
- We will contact you to confirm the updated address and payment for re-dispatch.
9. International Shipping
At present, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available, but we plan to expand soon.
