However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand the terms under which returns or refunds may be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return or refund requests under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product

If the item you received is damaged during transit or delivery, we sincerely apologize. You are eligible for a return or exchange. Please ensure to report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

2. Misprinted Design

In case the product delivered has a design or print that is significantly different from what was displayed or selected at the time of purchase, we will accept the return and provide a replacement or refund to your Zesta Wallet.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at fashion.zesta@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Clear Images of the damaged/misprinted product
  • Reason for return

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the request may not be accepted.


Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Size, or Style Preference)

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or misprint (such as not liking the product, ordering the wrong size, or change of mind), the following terms apply:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The refund will not be credited to your bank account.
  • Instead, the product amount will be credited to your Zesta Wallet, which you can use for future purchases on our website.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
  • Reverse pickup may not be available for all locations. In such cases, customers will be required to ship the product back to our return address at their own expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Innerwear
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale

Return Shipping & Pickup

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, we will inform you and request self-shipping of the product.
  • The shipping cost incurred for returning the item (in self-shipping cases) will not be refunded.

Zesta Wallet Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email about the status of your return.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days in the form of Zesta Wallet Credit.
